In this session you’ll learn forever what skills you need to make your team effective in the work environment. You’ll learn and prove to yourself that most “experts” in this field are wrong! In a life and death group simulation exercise, you’ll learn everything you need to do to make your team work together. Negative behaviours that tear a team apart will be extinguished once and for all. This session may be the most “fun” your team will ever have at work!

At the end of this session your team will create their own Team Code Of Conduct. Your team will document the real life lessons they have learned first hand, that will forever make your team a well oiled machine that works together firing on a cylinders.
